Chocolate! and Giving Back?

I have got a treat for you.  Here’s the deal, about two months ago my hubby and I were on one of our “shopping for dinner nights” at Whole Foods {we love just heading in and shop for either some cheese and fruit or maybe some sushi, whatever hits us}  when I just happen to stumble upon  run for the chocolate aisle.

I always love trying out new Dark Chocolates {we all know how great it is for us and the more cocoa, the better} ♥ That night we actually picked up one of the coolest looking bars we have seen, it said Endangered Species and the cover had a photo of an owl. It was Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt and Almonds.

Okay so not ONLY did we love the cover, but who doesn’t love sea salt with their chocolate?!!  Winner, winner we will take this one.  We did and later that night opened her up and fell in love. Seriously, no joke the most wonderful chocolate. This started our venture onto more flavors {oh no, not a new addiction}. By the end of a month we had tried about 5 different bars. No we did not eat these in one sitting, they would stay in the fridge and we would gradually eat them {alright, I ate some during the day} in the evening while sitting and enjoying some down time {or DVR time}. These chocolates go great with our fruit and cheese plates as a sweet treat.

I have been able to review their products since as they had been kind enough to send me some. *Even without the product to review, my opinion and recommendation stands*

  • Dark Chocolate with Raspberries
  • Milk Chocolate
  • Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt and Almonds
  • * All-natural chocolate bars, certified gluten-free and kosher.  Select flavors are certified vegan, organic.

If you have not tried this brand, you are missing out.  Check the site and see what other assorted “goodies” come from this company.

*NOTE* Thank you to Endangered Species for the product♥

  1. These look A-mazing! I will have to scout these out! thanks for sharing! 🙂

  2. That chocolate sounds amazing! Thanks for sharing. 🙂

  3. I’ve seen these but haven’t yet tried them! Thanks for the recommendation! I’m definitely going to try them now! :0)

  4. Is it soy-free? A lot of brands, including the “premium” ones, use “Soy Lecithin” or “Soya Lecithin” in them. If this brand is soy free, I will hunt it down in Manhattan and buy it!

  5. Great brand…I miss it! The darker the better…if I recalcorrectly they have an 85% that is awesome!! My fav!

  6. Sounds like a great product and I love the fact that they raise money for a great charity. Those wrappers are just too cute!
