It’s Bananas Around Here

Okay so have any of you ever heard of Barnana?  {Yes, I spelled that correctly}.  Apparently they are a company who has come up with a super tasty and organic way of creating banana snacks.

“Barnana is grown in soil alive with nutrients and free of chemicals the way nature intended. Experience the real taste of raw organic fruit with no additives, no preservatives, and sweetened by nature.”

  • Organic
  • Non GMO
  • Super Potasium
  • Heart Healthy
  • Vegetarian
  • Oranic Cocoa
  • Kosher
  • Vegan
  • Raw
  • Gluten Free

They were kind enough to send me their product to try and I was super jazzed {because bananas and chocolate…hello}

My personal fave are the chocolate balls you see here, in fact I was surprised to see chocolate inside also.  These snacks did not last long in the house and I will be enjoying them again soon.  Great grab and go snacking for a quick and healthy treat.

*Check them out on facebook or their website and read the entire story.*

One another note…..for those who saw my You Tube Video on the “No Nut” Banana Muffins {God Bless you and thank you} for those who did not, please check my You Tube Channel out and subscribe and comment}.  I promised the recipe for those, so here it is.

Fitnessmomwinecountry No Nut Banana Muffins

  • 3 Large Bananas {very ripe work the best}
  • 1/3 cup Agave Syrup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch of Salt {I use Sea Salt in everything}
  • 2 Cups Flour {I use whole wheat}
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees *NOTE* this can be done in a bread pan or muffins and nuts are optional of course

I don’t bake so mine are not picture worthy, {See YouTube Video} but very tasty and great with a small amount of butter on top when warm from the oven.

*Question… Do you bake? Are you good at it or is it just challenging to you?

Thank you Barnana for sponsoring this post.  All opinions are mine

  3. Omg I love bananas and this sounds amazing! Will definitely keep my eyes open for these!

  4. Yes! I finally broke down and bought some last week. Tried the chocolate and banana though, so I had no idea what the plain banana looked like until I read this blog. I think our family is going to need to buy these in bulk Costco sized bags 🙂
