Move, Nourish, Believe with Lorna Jane

Okay question…How are you doing with that New Years Goal or Resolution?  We are at the end of January and it is not time to get tired or want to give up.  Just the opposite, as it is time to get ready for the Move, Nourish, Believe Challenge with Lorna Jane, Fit Approach and myself along with a handful of other fabulous fitness bloggers and fellow Sweat Pink sisters.

This challenge will run for the entire month of February and is open to anyone.  This is how it works…

Head over the the #MoveNourishBelieve facebook event page and RSVP.  Then each day post a picture via twitter or instagram to @lornajaneactive and @fitapproach #MNBchallenge #lornajane #sweatpink.   At the end of each weeks’ challenge, make sure to post OR update your progress using your facebook page or blog.  Are you ready for the good news?  IF you participate in the entire month {all 21 days} you will have a chance to win a $1,000 shopping spree at Lorna Jane!

This is an outfit that was sent to me by Lorna Jane as part of this campaign.  The pants fit perfectly {even though I am short} and I love the thumb holes in my shirt, the colors are super fun, especially with winter here and every top has a special “heart” sewn into it.

Each day of the week just go to the calendar and see what the challenge is.  These don’t need to be crazy hard, or difficult. The entire point behind this month is to motivate everyone to just move their bodies, nourish themselves properly and believe you can, believe in yourself.

If you have been following me lately, you will know that my latest workout is Pure Barre and I am looking forward to incorporating this into my #MNBchallenge.  I must give a shout out to the gals at our local studio, the staff is amazing and they are very welcoming and supportive.  We always do much better when we have a great support system around us and we Believe in one another.  So what are you waiting for, get your head in the game and get ready for February 3rd to start your next goal or continue the one you have started.

  3. Love this and I’m heading over to RSVP. I’m short too so it’s tough to find pants that fit. I love this color too.

    I have been adding heavy squats back into the mix as my goal this year. They make my running a little tougher from being tight but I am working on rounding out the back end so I am committed. Now if they weather would cooperate!
