Vega One Change Jump Start

We are already half way through January of this new year and almost everyone is off and running towards their New Year’s resolutions and goals.  Gym memberships are up, we are out buying new workout wear, shoes, gear, equipment.  We are taking new classes, trying something new, training for something.  This is all great, are we going to keep at it?  Are we looking for a change?  Are we getting on that roller coaster called “dieting”?  Let’s not, let’s stay focused and get on track and be smart.  It is still early enough to do this and not get discouraged.

With that said, I am super excited to share with you the #Vegaonechange.  I am a huge fan of Vega products and have been for some time.  I know that I tend to slack off with my nutrition during the day when busy with schedules, carpooling, exercise, errands and just living life.  So Vega is a great nutritional alternative when I can’t prepare something fresh and healthy.

2115---January-Campaign-Social-Media-Shares_800x800-Breakfast-SkipperIs this you, does this sound familiar?  Breakfast Skipper: You don’t have to sacrifice nutrition to fit it all in. You hit the ground running every morning, prepping and planning for your day on the way out the door. Wilting at your desk by 10 AM, you kick yourself for missing breakfast. As you reach for your third cup of coffee to get you through, you wonder who the heck has time for breakfast when you’re already skimping on sleep to fit it all in.

Well I am a “breakfast skipper“.  I am the worst at breakfast, I skip breakfast all the time and I know better.  If I a grab a banana on my way out the door, then that is a good day.  Solution?  Whip up a Vega One Shake.  With great flavor options like Chocolate, Berry, Natural, Vanilla Chai and French Vanilla, you can’t help but be successful in the morning.

Vega One Nutritional Shake is #OneChange you can make to help you stride through your busiest schedule, knowing you’ve got your nutritional bases covered—quickly and deliciously. You can simply mix it in a smoothie or shake and go or even grab a Vega One bar!

I was sent product to use for my shakes and I received the French Vanilla.  I love all of the Vega products and flavors, so this was a treat for me.  I am able to make my shake and head out the door OR enjoy it here at home while working.

  8. I love Vega shakes! It is important to me that they are plant based, but they also taste great. I never skip breakfast, but I do find myself hungry a few hours later, so a Vega shake or smoothie is perfect.

  9. Hi, I’m Visiting from SPA! I’m doing the #OneChange campaign too! I like what you added to your smoothie. Do you think these can be made ahead of time and put in the fridge or do you think the fruit would get yucky?
