Vega One Change Jump Start

We are already half way through January of this new year and almost everyone is off and running towards their New Year’s resolutions and goals.  Gym memberships are up, we are out buying new workout wear, shoes, gear, equipment.  We are taking new classes, trying something new, training for something.  This is all great, are we going to keep at it?  Are we looking for a change?  Are we getting on that roller coaster called “dieting”?  Let’s not, let’s stay focused and get on track and be smart.  It is still early enough to do this and not get discouraged.

  4. I dont’ skip breakfast typically because I depend on shakes! hah. I think I actually “chew” breakfast once a week… I’m so grateful there are so many options for shakes in the morning! I hadn’t considered using coconut milk… might water.

  8. I love Vega shakes! It is important to me that they are plant based, but they also taste great. I never skip breakfast, but I do find myself hungry a few hours later, so a Vega shake or smoothie is perfect.

  14. I am totally the breakfast skipper too but that’s because my stomach cannot handle it. That being said, I am obsessed with Vega’s Vanilla!!! I have been mixing it with Pumpkin, a little baking stevia and a few drop of vanilla extract…. and BAKING IT in the oven. OMG TO DIE FOR!! Highly recommended! 😀

  16. I must be living under a rock, I never of Vega before, now it’s everywhere! I love a shake for breakfast but I try to take in 25-30 grams to support my workout and because I don’t eat again until early afternoon. Some great information, thanks!

  18. I am so much better about eating breakfast now. Especially after a 5AM workout, I have to eat. But, I’m ready for a snack by 10AM and lunch by 11:30. My metabolism is going in the mornings. 🙂
