Lorna Jane Week Three Move Nourish Believe

This is it, the last week of the Lorna Jane Move Nourish Believe challenge.  The last three weeks have gone quickly and this has been a super fun challenge.  I have enjoyed so much following and sharing along with others who have joined in.  I am hoping that we have all inspired someone out there, to start Moving every day, Nourishing their own bodies properly {and their family} and Believing in their own goals and dreams.

To re-cap briefly…


This was the week to “Believe” and just stop and enjoy and take care of ourselves.  Sometimes, this is more difficult than it sounds, since life gets busy, schedules get crazy, stress creeps in and then time goes by and we start over another day.  I really took time to notice what was around me all the time and I embraced it.

Mindful Minutes…watching my children grow every day and having such structure and being mindful of their school work and grades

Happiness is key to every day…no matter what life throws at us, always find the reason so laugh and be happy

Thankful…I am so thankful that our daughter loves to help me train for running. She will push and motivate me and even join along during our 5k runs…I am thankful for my running partner

I have to thank Fit Approach and Lorna Jane Active for this amazing opportunity the last three weeks.  This challenge has not only been fun, but it has pushed me and given me the courage to take the step towards my “wanted goal”…to run my first half marathon.  I have taken the dive and will be attempting to complete my goal this June in Napa, CA.

Always Believe in YOU…No matter what you head tells you, listen to your heart…follow your dreams and goals…let yourself know it can be possible

    Oh I love doing mani and pedis with my daughter. We did a spa day where we have green masks on, we did each other’s, how she loved smearing goop on me :)
    Love that you are running your first half, I cannot wait to see these pictures!

    I get pretty inspired to get moving when spring is near, just the days getting longer helps.
