#Move Nourish Believe Challenge with Lorna Jane Week Two

I am so jazzed to have been invited to join and participate in the Lorna Jane Move Nourish Believe Challenge for the month of February along with Fit Approach.  We are breaking down the challenge into three parts.

  • Move {week one}
  • Nourish {week two}
  • Believe {week three}

Although I like to think that I am a pretty “active” gal generally, this challenge is fun because I get to join other amazing women out there and help hold one another accountable and support each other.  So when we did the Move week one, I felt like it was pretty easy for me.

Time to Nourish the body…


This week was so fun for me!  I am a huge “foodie” so creating my meals is easy.  As long as we shop smart, we can always feed our bodies super healthy and keep our food real.

I don’t eat red meat nor do I cook it for the family, so the “Go Meatless” is totally easy for me.  I did however do a lean ground turkey chilli one day for the family and the stuffed chicken breast with fresh spinach and veggies. I work from home so my meals are what I eat while working.  I really don’t write or food journal anything so I just went on as normal.  Smoothies are just random days here, but I made a great pear smoothie this week.  Going raw would have been my tuna, veggie salad served on raw spinach leaves and my avocado, bell pepper, cucumber, black bean salad served on lettuce wedges with lime.

Next week, it is all about Believe.  We need to be inspired and be positive.  We can achieve anything we set our minds to.   We will have bumps in the road, but nothing a little “re-grouping” can’t get us through.

    Love your pics. When you say meatless I think anything with a face, so that would be a challenge for me since I normally think of the protein I want and build the rest around it. I gotta keep my muscle! I don’t make any red meat either but because I don’t do it well, my husband does that. I do have lettuce wraps often which are raw veggies but there again I have chicken so not meatless.

    Wow you’re food looks amazing this week! I never had a smoothie with pear, that sounds yummy! I think that tuna salad looks great too, I could go for one of those now.
