Pro Yo Frozen Yogurt and Giveaway

I am normally not a “frozen yogurt” gal, in fact, I really don’t eat the stuff.  However, I have been introduced to ProYo Frozen Yogurt and I think I might have found a new “go-to” quick snack for after running {especially on hot days}.
*Disclaimer – I received product coupons for Pro Yo for my review.  As always my opinion is my own and honest

ProYoFrozen Yogurt

“ProYo a premium  low-fat frozen treat made with creamy probiotic yogurt packed with 20 grams of protein per handy tube and is gluten-free, soy-free, and GMO-free. The perfect blend of healthy nutrition and delicious flavor without all the gunk”.

ProYo was created by Santa Barbara  native Nathan Carey … Read his story here

I love the easy grab and go tube.  Just keep in the freezer and take one with you.  It works like a push up pop {do you remember those}?  Speaking of kids, they will love these.  I know mine do.  The great thing about ProYo there have no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

The Pro Yo Promise

Each ProYo is crafted from creamy high-protein probiotic yogurt and healthy ingredients to create a delicious and nutritious “anytime frozen treat” loaded with 20 grams of protein.

Enjoy the convenience and health benefits of ProYo anytime… as breakfast on the go, a pre or post-workout boost, a base for a smoothie, a distinctive dessert, or a late-night treat.

At ProYo, we are committed to providing a unique blend of taste and nutrition to enhance and promote a healthy and rewarding lifestyle. ProYo contains no artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors and is ideal for people of all ages.

Each flavor tastes really good {honest}.  Although I DO have a favorite … Chocolate {of course}.  You can use these to make smoothies in place of a protein powder.
