Fit Approach and #Noexcuses 2015 Challenge

I am so super excited to be joining my Fit Approach family and SPA {Sweat Pink Ambassadors} this month for the #noexcuses #sweatpink 2015 challenge.  This is super easy, and very motivating.  No rules, no difficult guidelines to follow.  Just challenge yourself every day in January to move.  Anyone can join in and share the workout of the day {each week there are new prompts} via social media and using the hashtags #sweatpink #noexcuses.  That’s it, easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Now it’s time to kick this off with a fun mad lib…

No Excuses Sweat Pink

  • Hey 2015, it’s me Lynda {super fab mom} (nickname, spirit animal, real name, blog name)

  • This year I would like to Run More, Tone up my Bat Wings {the flabby old lady arm} and travel more with family.

  • It would also be super duper awesome if I also did some volunteering this year. It’s not a resolution, though, just a reminder to myself to try and have the best year yet because life is moving quickly.

  • The thing I am looking forward to most this year is watching my kids succeed at their own goals.

  • I’ll use the one thing that truly gets me out of bed in the morning which is insomnia, I don’t sleep well anyway, to help me get up, get coffee in me (verb) and get after my #NoExcuses 2015.

  • Speaking of excuses (ahem), my very favorite excuse is I am feeling fat and I have used it to get out of  getting dressed and going on a run  more than as many times as there are stars in the sky (number) occasions.

  • I vow to move my body and be more healthy this year even if it means I have to purchase new workout wear as monthly incentives.

    Even if my alarm clock gets eaten by the dog in the middle of the night, I’ll still be awake and hear it because I sleep light and hear everything.

  • I will stop blaming the dog and kids [ex: kids, dog, husband] for eating the rest of the candy treats {when they are in the house} when everyone knows it was really me.

  • My eyebrows [job, hair, car, husband, kids] are not the reason I make excuses.  {I tend to get self conscience when they need a good waxing}.   I will show my eyebrows [same as before] who’s boss this year and get my Wii Just Dance 2015[type of sweaty activity] on

  • I know that mopping floors to music [type of workout] is better than couch sitting  {noun}

  • I will reward myself by loving myself in a new bikini this summer.

  • No Excuses 2015 has just begun and already I am imagining myself a winner. I can’t wait to rock a sporty new hoodie (article of clothing) from Augusta Active.  I can’t wait until my sweaty friends are jealous of how fresh, clean and fabulously smelling (adj) I am in between workouts with help from ShowerPill body wipes.  I can see myself rocking my Pure Barre bootie [yoga pose/workout move] in new Capri Me Leggings  [article of clothing from Actio926] from Actio926 and looking fit and fly while doing it. And of course, I’ll be taking my workouts to the next level and improving my core [noun] with my new ActivMotion Bar to help me train for my next  half marathon [distance] race with Sasquatch Racing.

  • Oh, and let’s not forget how amazing my workout clothes and delicates [article of clothing] will smell in my/during my Pure Barre  Class [favorite type of workout] after washing with some WIN Detergent.  And lastly, I’ll keep rocking my 2015 with clean eats and nutrition from Beaming with Health!

  4. I would happily lend you some of my falling-asleep-all-over-the-place abilities! <3 I've fallen asleep standing up at least several times this/last year. 😡

    I don't usually post more than once a day, but I suppose exceptions must be made for good reasons! 😛 New workout clothes are a great motivator for me too, hehehe.
