#whatslovely WORKING OUT

#whatslovely EXERCISE
It’s day three of #whatslovely is upon us and this brings us to WORKING OUT.  It is suppose to be about stepping out of our comfort zones and trying something different.  I however will be totally honest with you … I am just back to my Pure Barre classes after being sick for about four weeks and I have no desire to try something new or different.  I am just happy to be back at class.  So with that said …

Pure BarreI enjoy staying fit with Pure Barre classes.
I love to run and enjoy training for half marathons.
I am not obsessed with being “skinny” {I can’t stand that word}.
I know that being active at my age and years to come will help me keep up with my kids.
I know that exercise {along with good eating and lot’s of water} is great for our complexion.
I know that I am a good role model for my kids as they see me always putting forth my best effort to exercise.
I have bad days and want to find excuses, however I can overcome them the majority of the time.

Pure Barre

Just having the determination to stay active and healthy is #whatslovely.  I could not imagine living my life any other way.

    • LOL Deborah, I have to smile, the burn and shake is killer half the time..and if you happen to miss ANY classes, it is so hard to get back into shape again. I have been out for about 4 weeks and I am feeling the burn extra double time. 🙂
