Summer Skin Care and Puritans Pride Giveaway

Summer Series Skin Care

I have been very MIA since my last post because we have been on Vacation!  Yes a lovely time was spent in South Lake Tahoe and we had a blast.  I have some cool pics and stories to post this week.   In the meantime, I am super excited to have the opportunity to share an awesome giveaway for one lucky reader.  A bountiful package full of products via Puritan’s Pride.

South Lake Tahoe

Summer is in full swing and it is time to take extra good care of our skin.  Moisturizing, hydrating, cleansing, exfoliating.  The summer sun can do a number on our skin and so can the pool and ocean waters.
*Disclosure* I received products for this review, however all my enthusiasm is my own.

In case you missed, I am co-hosting a #summerseries giveaway with fellow bloggers Laura, Brie and Deborah.  This is the second month of the giveaway and it is the skincare line.

Derma e Firming DMAE Cleanser
I love this cleanser.  You only need {seriously} small amount as this cleanser will cover the entire face.  One of the most softest foaming cleaners I have used.

Alba Sea Algae Enzyme Scrub
Anything Alba is something I love.  This scrub needs water and I suggest using it every few weeks.  The scrub is mighty for sure and works {really well}.  Instant results the moment I was done using it.  Great for the entire summer and not bad for the arms and legs.

Organic Manuka Honey Face Mask
I am in LOVE with this face mask.  It smells amazingly yummy and the results after rinsing off my face are awesome.  I have even used this on our teenage son.  An oil absorbing and detoxifying mask.  Bravo!

Purtian’s Pride Lip Protector with Vitamin E
Simple and sleek lip moisture and protector.  I keep this one next to the bed and apply morning and night.  Summer is harsh on our lips also and a nice soft sugar scrub first then the Vitamin E balm after makes for super great lips.

Derma E Age Defying Antioxidant Eye Creme
Eye creme hello!  Listen if I can share anything about skin care, it would be to take care of those “fine line” areas right away.  The younger the better, because guess what ladies … they will catch up with you.   I actually use this morning and night.

Derma E Hydrating Eye Creme with Hyaluronic Acid
Super delicate cream for around the eyes.  Hyaluronic acid is for firming, toning and re-hydrating skin.  I love applying this in the evening for extra hydration around my eye area.

Purtian’s Pride Retinol Cream with Moroccan Argan Oil
Retinol is a form of Vitamin A and can help with the appearance of those fine lines, wrinkles and even help reduce the appearance of pore size.  The two combined makes for a great team.  Age defying, working on lines and wrinkles and soft moisture at the same time.  I use this at night only after cleansing my face and before bed.  I also apply it to my decolletage area also as that area is exposed to the sun and weather a lot while running or outdoors.
