September is here and to be honest, I am really ready for Fall. We have been in the midst of a crazy heat wave, most of California seems to be on fire and we are in a severe drought situation. I am so looking forward to the next season and some much needed rain and weather. Fall can mean that most of us tend to get pretty comfortable with our routine and sometimes slack off a bit. We cozy up, start making comfort food meals, wear more clothing and well to be honest, we just pretty much fall off the fitness wagon. Right? Come on, be honest. I am raising my hand high right now, because I find myself easily falling into that routine.
I don’t want the Fall season to be my “forget about fitness” season. I plan on getting myself out there and continuing with my running and heading to my Pure Barre classes. A fun way to stay motivated is sometimes wearing new workout wear, or an inspiring top. Just as luck would have it, I get to share with all of you the latest from Amanda over at Unapologetically You.
