Peanut Butter Protein Banana Waffles

*Disclosure, I was compensated and given product for my recipe and review of Mighty Nut through my affiliation with Fit Approach.  Recipe is my own and opinion.

Making breakfast for the kids each morning is something I really make a point of doing.  I want to send them out the door ready for the day ahead and we have all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  Trying to get creative is the hard part, but the kids love pancakes or waffles as their favorite morning meal.  I am always looking to keep the ingredients good and healthy for all the meals and at times {many times}, I “sneak” the goods into their food.
I can now add some extra good to their waffles or pancakes with Mighty Nut powered peanut butter.  This is awesome, I love using powdered peanut butter in smoothies, shakes, making dips for veggies and now adding this to the waffle or pancake batter is perfect.  The kids eat bananas every day before school, with this recipe, I can incorporate the banana and the peanut butter all in one.  The kids get a great morning meal, packed with protein and they are satisfied and energized to get them started.
