It’s A Pure Barre Giveaway

If you have ever taken time to read me or follow along, you know I am a huge fan of Pure Barre. Since the studio opened here in our small town of Sonoma, I have been attending and loving it.  Pure Barre has been a great addition to my running routine, my body is core strong, my legs feel great and the “tush” … well let’s just say I am 48 and think I look pretty darn great!  Pure Barre can be intimidating.  I can tell you that it takes time to get the feel for it.  The moves must be exact and kept very small.  I always tell anyone who asks, they need to give it more than a week to figure it out.

That little red ball, the barre and those double tubes are something else.  Add some hand weights into the mix and you have quite a workout.  No joke.  I have found myself sweating {or breaking out into a hot flash} during class, cramping, crying, readjusting, even drooling a few times {yeah that has happened}, I tend to get so into the moment that I find myself in a zone spacing out or just stuck in position.  Whatever the case, I keep going back.  I LOVE this workout.

Just a few words are associated with a Pure Barre class …

Feel the burn
Embrace the shake
Find the shake {no not the kind you want to go get and drink}
Tuck and freeze
Tuck and hold
Heavy Tailbone
Pulse
Bend Stretch
Down an inch – up an inch

Class is 55 minutes long and it is pretty easy to follow along once you have it down.  Starting with warm up, sculpting arms, tone thighs, lift seat, flatten abs and then cool down.

“If you are looking for an easy way out, you will be sorely disappointed after your first Pure Barre class.  If you are ready to put in real effort to get real results, your love affair with Pure Barre is about to begin.  Your first class is the first step to strength and definition like your body has never known”.

Thanks to the gals at Pure Barre, I am able to share this awesome giveaway with you.  One luck reader will receive the following …

Pair of Pure Barre Sticky Socks
Pure Barre Tumbler
Pure Barre DVD Set of 4
