Pura Vida Bracelets A Cause and 20% Off

I notice that bracelets are the cool accessories lately.  I see them all the time on wrist of both guys and gals and the more stacked on the wrist, the cooler they look.  Most have meaning, some have a story behind it and others might be connected to a stand or finding a cure for something.  Today, I am sharing with you Pura Vida Bracelets.  You might have already hear of them, you might in fact even own some.

Pura Vida Bracelets have a story and a mission.  They are not only gorgeous in color, but they have heart and soul.  They are the brainchild of two college buddies from California, who turned a one time adventure vacation to Costa Rica into a life changing movement.  You must read more here. {seriously, you need to read more}.

Pura Vida {in Spanish “Pure Life”}.  Every single bracelet is handmade in Costa Rica {you know all this because you read when I told you to}.  Jobs have been supplied to families and communities because of these bracelets.  Each one has a meaning and an awareness of some sort.  I can’t believe how many amazing different styles and color themes Pura Vida Bracelets has.  It seems endless and I personally wish I could just wear them all.  I don’t know if it is just me, but watching the video below had my heart melting and brought tears to my eyes.

These bracelets support many different causes …

Animal Awareness
Education + Children
Environmental Causes
Memorial Causes
Women’s Causes

“Inspiration behind the Charity Collection. This collection was created to give back to different causes all over the world. We are partnered with over 190 charities and have donated more than $666,721 to date. We are also a member of 1% for the Planet, meaning we donate 1% of our annual net revenue to environmental organizations worldwide. We’re constantly looking to expand our charity line and we try to support as many causes as possible”.

Why am I chatting up Pura Vida Bracelets?  Well I started wearing them last year when I stumbled across the site.  I instantly fell in love and had to have some.  I have more recently just become a rep for them {after a selection process} and I am beyond excited.  I honestly LOVE this company, the brand and what they are doing.  I wouldn’t be getting involved if I didn’t.  You do know what this means for you, right?  Discounts on all of your very own bracelet purchases.  Use the code FMWC20 and receive 20% off each time you buy.  Each purchase is helping to provide full time jobs for local artisans in Cost Rica.

Get yourself some of these bracelets.  Send them as gifts.  They are great for all ages.  Check out their accessories also.  Join the movement and enjoy “Pure Life” while doing something wonderful.

  6. Awesome! I love companies that give back to a cause and the planet. I know these bracelets gave back some money to the TTTS Foundation, which I support all the time because of my twins. I’m going to check out the other causes too. Thank you!

  8. I love Pura Vida bracelets! I first learned about the bracelets and the life slogan during my first backpacking trip abroad in Costa Rica and I have loved them ever since. Good causes and colorful accessories work well for me!

  9. I’ve always loved Pura Vida bracelets! I’ve know about them for a while now, and another thing I really like is that as a girl with really small wrists, they still fit. They are also pretty tough so you can run, hike, swim, and just about anything in them. One of my favorite things to see is companies that are socially conscious, which is starting to be a bigger and bigger trend.
