Iced Coffee Latte with PB2

I am one of those people who CAN sleep on coffee.  Yes, forget the “decaf”, load me up!  I have finally gotten myself to drink my morning coffee without sugar, just plain {zero sugar, unsweetened} Almond Milk.  However, when it comes to the afternoon and I am feeling a tad groggy, I know I need to whip something up.  But I want to keep it somewhat as low sugar so possible {and cals}. Chocolate Banana Bites

So with Spring in full mode and the end of the school year approaching quickly {May 30th for us}, I have been brainstorming and searching around for some super quick, healthy and fun snacks and treat for the kids {okay, who I am I kidding, myself also}.  I happen to stumble upon this great banana treat from Pop Sugar and thought two things…..WOW, those look so pretty and how cool what a great idea.  Well we have bananas in the house ALL the time and are adding them to smoothies, packing them in the backpack for a hike, just grabbing them for a quick snack, so why not try these cute creations? Sugar Free Iced Mocha

How many times do we start to “crash” in the afternoon? Hellllooooo, always!  I don’t want to reach for something that is full of calories and sugar and I do love my coffee {I can actually drink it late in the day and still sleep}.  Well my body was feeling it yesterday so I took a look around the kitchen and wondered what could I make to help me through the day, besides just a cup of coffee. Gotta Love Green…..Tea *Giveaway*
