Fit Approach and #Noexcuses 2015 Challenge

I am so super excited to be joining my Fit Approach family and SPA {Sweat Pink Ambassadors} this month for the #noexcuses #sweatpink 2015 challenge.  This is super easy, and very motivating.  No rules, no difficult guidelines to follow.  Just challenge yourself every day in January to move.  Anyone can join in and share the workout of the day {each week there are new prompts} via social media and using the hashtags #sweatpink #noexcuses.  That’s it, easy peasy lemon squeezy. Let’s Run July Challenge

It’s July and I am in the mood to challenge myself … guess what that means?  Yep, I am going to share the challenge, keep track of it AND invite you {or challenge you} to join me.  I have just recently completed my first half marathon and I am not done.  Nope, I got the bug and I am taking on more.  Don’t get me wrong, I still love the mud runs, color runs and 10k’s, as I enjoy doing those with our daughter.  But this mamma runner is putting her big girl running gear on and getting it done. Lorna Jane Week Three Move Nourish Believe

It’s Motivation May, Treadmills, Journey and Burt’s Bees

Good morning and happy May 1st.  I have something super fun and motivating to share with you and I sure hope you will join in. THIRTY MILES IN MAY         We are getting closer to summer season, this means less clothing, more skin, swimsuits, and {hopefully} eating healthy, clean and fresh foods. Build a Snowman Challenge

Okay so we are days away from Christmas and I am feeling giddy like a kid.  I had a great day at boot camp, spent some time shopping with the kids, the hubby is home for a few days and we enjoyed a family breakfast.  Now I am getting ready for “date night” with my handsome man and the weather had me thinking about how I missed living in the snow.  Sooooo, an idea came to mind (must be all the Christmas music in the house and me feeling nostalgic) for igloos and snowmen.  Here is the deal, I have some “swag” goodies sitting around and would LOVE to send them off to someone.  So I decided to have a Build a Snowman Challenge!
