Chocolate! and Giving Back?

I have got a treat for you.  Here’s the deal, about two months ago my hubby and I were on one of our “shopping for dinner nights” at Whole Foods {we love just heading in and shop for either some cheese and fruit or maybe some sushi, whatever hits us}  when I just happen to stumble upon  run for the chocolate aisle. I always love trying out new Dark Chocolates {we all know how great it is for us and the more cocoa, the better} ♥ That night we actually picked up one of the coolest looking bars we have seen, it said Endangered Species and the cover had a photo of an owl. Sugar Free Iced Mocha

How many times do we start to “crash” in the afternoon? Hellllooooo, always!  I don’t want to reach for something that is full of calories and sugar and I do love my coffee {I can actually drink it late in the day and still sleep}.  Well my body was feeling it yesterday so I took a look around the kitchen and wondered what could I make to help me through the day, besides just a cup of coffee. My SUGAR FREE MOCHA! Silk Zero Sugar Almond Milk Ice Ghirardelli Unsweetened Zero Sugar Cocoa Cold Coffee {from the morning} Cinnamon Super easy {no I did not measure} just went with what I felt good with.  Added everything to the blender and there you have it.  I like how it “chunked” up like an ice smoothie, but melted down.  I also LOVE that is was entirely SUGAR FREE! 🙂 What do you…  Read More…
