#whatslovely WORKING OUT

It’s day three of #whatslovely is upon us and this brings us to WORKING OUT.  It is suppose to be about stepping out of our comfort zones and trying something different.  I however will be totally honest with you … I am just back to my Pure Barre classes after being sick for about four weeks and I have no desire to try something new or different.  I am just happy to be back at class.  So with that said … I enjoy staying fit with Pure Barre classes. I love to run and enjoy training for half marathons. I am not obsessed with being “skinny” {I can’t stand that word}. I know that being active at my age and years to come will help me keep up with my kids. I know that exercise {along with good eating and lot’s of water} is great for our complexion.
