Fitmob Is Here So Is The New Way To Workout

In case you have not heard, there is a new fitness concept here and it is fitmob.  Yes, you read it right “fitmob“.  It is here in Northern California {San Francisco} area to be exact and will be taking the fitness world by storm.  You know those gym memberships you pay for, but most likely don’t use, or the expensive small studio boutique classes that cost an arm and a leg and you keep paying for each month and most likely feel that they are “clicky”?  Well fitmob is nothing like those.  This is the new way of fitness and working out.  This is easy, at your own pace, your own comfort and nothing but support and encouragement.  Here is how it works … fitmob is all about getting you healthy through the power of community.  The key to fitness is about motivating people, not necessarily the use of machines…  Read More…

Runtastic Orbit Has Arrived

I am so super jazzed to be sharing the latest with you.  Okay listen, I am not the most tech savy gal out there and I am NOT really into gadgets or the newest and latest {I still have my Samsung Galaxy S 2 and the original IPod shuffle} so yeah, I am sort of behind.  However, I am up to speed with the app Runtastic Orbit and the Me App.   Thanks to Fit Approach and Runtastic who so kindly reached out and sent me this newest gadget.  I was a bit overwhelmed at first, as with most new things that require downloading and connecting, etc.  With easy step by step instructions, I was able to get my Runtastic Pro and Me App up and running on my Android Phone. The timing is perfect, as I am getting ready for my next half marathon and training is under way. …  Read More…

#FuelYourBetter With #Vega

It’s all about #Vega  again.  I LOVE this brand and all of their products.  I am sharing today Vega Sport Energizer PRE-Workout.  Thanks to Fit Approach and Vega, I was given a box to try and used this for my half marathon training. ♥ Question for you … how do you #FuelYourBetter? Since running more now in order to prep for my very first half marathon {yikes}, I have been using Vega Pre-Workout Energizer before heading out the door.  I love that Vega is plant-based.  I had not tried this particular product of theirs yet, so I was excited to receive it.  Following directions, I drank this about 20 mins {give or take} right before heading out the door for a run.  As with any product, I did wonder if I would be able to notice a difference. I was NOT disappointed!  Holly run.  I can’t believe the how great…  Read More…

I fell in love…..with Bootcamp

I have tried most every type of workout there is, I have taken almost every class possible and have been a member of quite a few gyms.  This has been years of trial and error, of starting and stopping, keeping up with the latest and newest, etc. It was not until I decided one day to contact Tiffany over a North Bay Adventure Boot Camp and see if I could “try out” the boot camp experience.  I have heard so much and follow many who seem to like it, that I thought “why not”?  Tiffany and I chatted and she was kind enough to give me a one month trial.  I attended the new session nutrition class/meeting and welcome group.  I knew the moment I met her face to face, that I found the perfect match.  Tiffany has the most out-going and welcoming personality.  Her enthusiasm along with my enthusiasm was…  Read More…
