Setting Goals 2016

The end of the year has me thinking so many things.  I swear if I don’t stop and just take a breath, my head will spin off.  I know we tend to gather up all the odds and ends by end of the year and create our lists of everything we want to do, complete, accomplish and goal for the new year coming.  I am so guilty of this, however I want to put the brakes on and stop. Vega One Change Jump Start

We are already half way through January of this new year and almost everyone is off and running towards their New Year’s resolutions and goals.  Gym memberships are up, we are out buying new workout wear, shoes, gear, equipment.  We are taking new classes, trying something new, training for something.  This is all great, are we going to keep at it?  Are we looking for a change?  Are we getting on that roller coaster called “dieting”?  Let’s not, let’s stay focused and get on track and be smart.  It is still early enough to do this and not get discouraged. Words Are Everything

I have been randomly reading and seeing posts about “words” recently.  Ones that we might have used last year OR ones that we tend to really like.  This had me thinking, because I have a few random words I use often. Anyone who follows my Fitnessmomwinecountry facebook daily postings will know that my “signature” words are “peeps” {Good morning Peeps} and my fave word I used all the time, “re-group” {come to think of it, fave is another word I use a lot}.  We always want to hear good, encouraging words used around us, we want to use positive and motivating words.  We see them all around us on pinterest, or maybe certain pages we follow.
