Sweet Potato Protein Torte

I was surprised and excited to be contacted by ViSalus one day asking me if I would be interested in creating a recipe or two using their Vi Shape Nutritional Shake Mix.  I was sent the Balance Kit and gave it a try.  I right away created a smoothie using the flavor mix-ins one time and then adding my own fruit and used my zero sugar almond milk. Orange Cleanse

Okay so everyone has a “cleanse” today OR everyone is drinking smoothies, veggie juices, etc. I am a huge fan of all this stuff and I love creating smoothies in the kitchen. Most of the time they are so “out there” that my hubby rolls his eyes and makes some sort of grunt sound when I want to share them with him. Well, today was another “create” day.
