Quick, Easy Breakfast Quesadilla

I don’t know what it is about fall and food, but I love having bigger and more pumped up breakfasts during this season, more so than summer.  This past weekend consisted of football, the world series {I live right here in Giant’s territory} and finally rain.  Breakfast meant making something yummy, quick, easy and hearty.  Hillshire Farms made for a great start to the breakfast quesadilla.
