Wine Country Lasagna

My kids could eat pasta every night of the week {wait … taco night is pretty high up there}.  Not only is pasta super easy and fast, it is affordable and I love having enough of it in the house to make something different as often as possible.  With all the activities the kids do, feeding them all these carbs is totally okay, they are burning them off like crazy.  Since it is like pulling teeth to get my kids to eat cooked or steamed veggies, I have to get really creative when it comes to dinners.  Pasta is one of the best ways to sneak in as many veggies as possible.  I love it ♥ Wine Country Lasagna Ingredients 1 cup fresh spinach leaves 1 cup cut fresh carrots 1 cup fresh mushrooms fresh garlic cloves {as many as you prefer} 1 tsp garlic powder 1 lb ground turkey…  Read More…

Ingredients 1 Box Lasagna Noodles 2 Jars Red Sauce 1 lb Lean Ground Turkey Chopped Fresh Garlic {we use tons of this} Dash Kosher Salt Dash Ground Pepper…  Read More…
