Peanut Butter Protein Banana Waffles

Making breakfast for the kids each morning is something I really make a point of doing.  I want to send them out the door ready for the day ahead and we have all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  Trying to get creative is the hard part, but the kids love pancakes or waffles as their favorite morning meal.  I am always looking to keep the ingredients good and healthy for all the meals and at times {many times}, I “sneak” the goods into their food.
