Let’s Recap The #MNB Challenge Week One

Okay so if you have seen my facebook site or have been following along with my blog, then you will know that I have been invited by @lornajaneactive and @fitapproach to join other amazing women in the Move Nourish Believe Challenge.  Week 1 was all about MOVE. Sweating It Out… I was able to do this by attending my Pure Barre classes daily.  Yes you can sweat in Pure Barre {trust me}. Changing It Up… Jillian Michaels DVD {Ripped in 30} adding this to the mix makes it fun. Planking… Love this challenge {I was not able to get my last plank time of 5 mins, but am working towards it}. Buddy Up… Heading out for a rainy hike with the family is fun and healthy.
