#Move Nourish Believe Challenge with Lorna Jane Week Two

I am so jazzed to have been invited to join and participate in the Lorna Jane Move Nourish Believe Challenge for the month of February along with Fit Approach.  We are breaking down the challenge into three parts. Move {week one} Nourish {week two} Believe {week three} Although I like to think that I am a pretty “active” gal generally, this challenge is fun because I get to join other amazing women out there and help hold one another accountable and support each other.  So when we did the Move week one, I felt like it was pretty easy for me.
