Nuun Hydration Energy

Hydrating is key always, all day long.  It doesn’t matter what time of the year or kind of weather.  For some, hydrating is more difficult because remembering to drink water all day OR making ourselves drink water all day can be a chore. I actually love to drink water all day and I honestly do.  I am not just hydrating because of all the running I do or working out {when I get that in}, I hydrate because I am aging and getting older, so I make sure to nourish my skin the best I can and that would be through tons of water {I want to hit 50 and still have great skin}.
