Broccoli Egg Scramble

We eat quiche right?  Normally quiche has broccoli in it {well mine does}.  Today’s recipe is a super quick and very healthy breakfast, post workout and without having to bake a quiche or use a crust. INGREDIENTS Fresh broccoli {if you have frozen it will do} Mushrooms Yellow Onion Eggs Cheese {I used an assorted mix} Sea Salt Ground Pepper Avocado EVOO Almond Milk I had all ingredients in the house and I knew the broccoli and mushrooms needed to be eaten soon, therefore resulting in me coming up with the “No Crust Scrambled Quiche“.  Sounds good right?  It is trust me and very filling. Creamy Roasted Tomato and Carrot Soup

It is always time for soup, no matter what the weather is.  I don’t know about you, but the moment pre-season football starts it is the time I go into  “Fall” mode and that means soup, comfort {healthy way} and getting cozy.  The days are still warm but with a light cool down early evening I don’t mind standing over the stove while creating my pot of comfort. The reason behind me making this particular soup was a no brainer, we had most of the ingredients here anyway so why not? Easy Chicken Stir Fry

I have been craving stir fry for weeks {no not from some take-out, to-go} but real, healthy and fresh, clean stir fry.  My own!  Here it is…. Ingredients Cauliflower Celery Green Onions Red Onion Bell Pepper Mushroom Fresh Garlic Sea Salt Grilled Chicken {or any chicken} Carrots Zuchs Yellow Squash Peanuts {optional} Water Chestnuts {optional} Bean Sprouts {optional} Peas {optional} Just saute like mentioned in the video and use either the Chinese Noodles OR brown rice is great. *Do you make your own stir fry?
