Zarbee’s Naturals

*Disclosure – I received product and compensation from said company for my review.  All enthusiasm is my own and real. ♥ Summer is wrapping up and the school year is starting.  This means our schedule is in full swing and with the Fall season approaching, we have a lot going on.  Practices for the kids, attending their sporting events, carpooling, packing lunches, staying on top of the shopping, keeping up with the laundry … pretty much running the house while staying organized and on track.  As a stay home mom, I do have the options to keep going at a high pace or just relax a bit and take the day slowly.  I can make time for my running, a Pure Barre class or a nap.  I believe that a healthy lifestyle is key to success.  Staying fit, being active, eating right and always finding time for exercise is crucial to…  Read More…

Nuun Hydration Energy

Hydrating is key always, all day long.  It doesn’t matter what time of the year or kind of weather.  For some, hydrating is more difficult because remembering to drink water all day OR making ourselves drink water all day can be a chore. I actually love to drink water all day and I honestly do.  I am not just hydrating because of all the running I do or working out {when I get that in}, I hydrate because I am aging and getting older, so I make sure to nourish my skin the best I can and that would be through tons of water {I want to hit 50 and still have great skin}. I have been given an opportunity to try Nuun Hydration again {love them} and this time around I was sent the Nuun Energy  tabs.  Did you say “energy”?  Heck yeah, sign me up.  The shipment arrived…  Read More…

My Mason Jar Project

My hubby and I were re-doing the master bedroom last week and I was needing something to add to the night stands.  Budget friendly, and easy was my plan.  Thanks to the mason jars we have in the house and my hubby’s trip to Whole Foods to pick up some Gerber Daisies {one of my top fave flowers}, we came up with this. Super Easy Directions… Mason Jars Gerber Daisies Filler Rocks {anything will do} Water Fill the mason jars with your filler of choice, add the twist lid back to the jar, cut flowers to preferred length, add flowers and water.  Done! Seriously, how cute and easy?   If you are like me, than this crafty project is a HUGE accomplishment since I have zero creative talent in me.  We placed the mason jars on top of some books next to the night stand and they look perfect.  Just enough…  Read More…
